Refund policy
No returns or refunds on any orders. To be eligible for a return or refund product must arrive damaged. If product is received damaged, we must first have an approved claim with the shipping service provider before a refund is issued.
Customer has 24 hours to cancel their order without a fee, please email info@cbstonedecor.com or text or call (856)265-4660 for an immediate response. 24 hours after your order is placed, we start working on your order and if cancelled before shipped there is a Designer Fee. Cost of Designer Fee is determined by items ordered. Orders can not be cancelled during or after shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cbstonedecor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll process refund within 3-5 business days of acceptance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
