I ordered a medium sized cement lion and pedestal, and when they arrived and after they were eventually placed in their designated location, they look nice. However, the challenge we had was with the delivery process. The delivery man tried to pick up a 250 lb lion to get it out of the back of his pickup truck. I was not at home, but fortunately another person was at my house. However, that person was unable to help the driver pick up the lion. The delivery driver was not able to carry the lion to the front of the garage or the front door, which is the location I paid an extra delivery fee for. It was too heavy for him to carry. He had no mechanism (no tools or machinery) to get it where it needed to be, so WE had to get him a flat dolly, and then he had to just leave it on the dolly. I was not happy because I had paid to have it delivered to the front door or in front of the garage, and then I had to get a dolly for him. Not very customer-centric, and I'm disappointed.
